I took my coffee machine in for repair with Richard in the Cortile workshop today. I expected the repair to take a view days however the guys turned it around for me in the day. The repair is very reasonably priced and Richard is absolutely passionate about the business and the service provided. He also showed me how to maintain the machine going forward, a complete star! Alison.
Absolutely superb customer service! From the first phone call to collecting our fully repaired LaPavoni, the team at Cortile Coffee were excellent! Richard,Sara and team obviously care about their customers, and of course, coffee. It’s a pleasure to spend time in their company. Our LaPavoni is 20 years old and looking and working like new! Thanks both, hope to see you again soon. PS the coffee is excellent.
Rich was very helpful and friendly. I called at around 6pm to ask about machine repairs, and he was with us by about 8pm and had the machine repaired by 9:30pm. Highly recommended!
